COVID-19 Situation: We are happy to report that our Foundation is continuing to provide Triumph Fitness to cancer survivors in a modified format that keeps our participants safe. Our team of certified Instructors has developed a virtual format that offers the same guidance and care that our regular format offered including the opportunity to work out with fellow cancer survivors. If you are a cancer survivor who has completed treatment in the past 18 months and you are struggling with the physical recovery process, please contact us! We want to help you!
Now, more than ever, we are staying connected to our participants to help them in these difficult times.
Our signature 12-week program designed to bridge the gap between end of treatment and restored well-being.
Offered 3 times a year, our refresher class reconnects Triumph Fitness Graduates with Triumph instructors & brushes up technique in a group setting.
Triumph Fitness Graduates may continue their fitness journey with Triumph outdoors! Train to walk or run a 5k and participate in events with us.
Our grass-roots team of supporters. Spreading the message about Triumph through outreach activities and fundraising campaigns.
Our summer hiking program open to Graduates, supporters, and Team Triumph: train as a team and summit a peak in the Sierras.
Coming soon! Our Graduate portal will access Triumph’s resource library and video content providing ongoing education to prevent cancer recurrence through diet and exercise.
“When you finish treatment that sense of loss of control doesn’t necessarily end. Being in a gym, working with trainers, working with other people who’ve been through the same thing, feeling your body work, really puts an exclamation point to I’m finished with treatment phrase!”
