“I originally got involved as a volunteer for Triumph due to my friendship with Pam. I saw her passion and determination. I knew she needed help. As I began to meet graduates of Triumph Fitness at events, I realized the impact of the program and how my being involved helped. And then it really hit home when my aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer. Triumph Fitness was a guiding light for her after her treatment.”
We need volunteers to assist at our annual Triumph Uncorked fundraiser in various positions – serving on our Planning Committee, gathering auction items, finding sponsors, and working the actual event.

Community Awareness Project
We need volunteers to staff our booth, talk with runners about Triumph, hang Honor signs, distribute postcards, hand out yellow roses at the finish line, and set up/tear down our booth.
PROMOTE GIVING THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA
Online Fundraising Project
We need volunteers to work 2 hour shifts online promoting our Big Day of Giving Campaign & Giving Tuesday via Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram throughout the 24 hours of giving.
HELP DISTRIBUTE OUR MATERIALS
Information Distribution Project
We need volunteers to commit to a hospital or Cancer Center near them for 1 year of quarterly distributions of
Triumph Fitness Rack Cards. Simply deliver materials to the Cancer Center when notified.
SPEAK AT SUPPORT GROUPS
Public Relations Project
We need volunteers to take our messaging to their groups! Maybe they haven’t heard of Triumph Fitness yet. Reach Survivors when they need us most! We will train you and provide materials.
STAFF OUR BOOTH AT COMMUNITY EVENTS
Community Awareness project
We need volunteers to staff our booth and distribute information about Triumph Fitness and how to support our programs at events like the Women’s Fitness Festival, health fairs and cancer support gatherings.
