Over the years we have seen the amazing transformations that take place when survivors enroll in Triumph Fitness.  Through our Triumph on the Go Video Series, cancer survivors anywhere anytime, can now have a similar experience at home on your own schedule.

We have proudly partnered with LIVESTRONG to make this video series accessible to survivors nationwide.  Survivors are guided by a trio of experienced fitness instructors, all certified in exercise oncology.  Each week, a new video is released in the progressive 12-part series with new movements being introduced.  Equipment needed is minimal. 

And just like our signature Triumph Fitness program, the Triumph on the Go Video Series is offered at no cost to the participant.  Our goal is to help as many survivors regain their strength and confidence as possible through the creation of this new video platform. 

Two Cancer Foundations – One Goal

Partnering with LIVESTRONG to introduce the Triumph on the Go Video Series is a full circle moment.  Our Founder first found support after her cancer diagnosis through the community of survivors involved with LIVESTRONG.  After becoming a volunteer leader for LIVESTRONG, she received an award recognizing her advocacy work that included a monetary award.  This award money served as the seed money to launch Triumph Fitness in 2005.  

21 years later, our Triumph Founder and the CEO of LIVESTRONG stand together, aligned in a common goal of advocating for and promoting the benefits of exercise for cancer survivors.  Triumph on the Go will enable thousands of survivors to find their way forward by rebuilding their strength and confidence.
